ADNOC signed a $50 million strategic agreement with Tubacex for exclusive use of Sentinel Prime tubular connection technology for non-corrosion-resistant alloy materials in the UAE. The deal aims to improve well completion, reduce reliance on external suppliers, and boost local industry. Tubacex will open an R&D center in Abu Dhabi to support engineering and training. The agreement supports ADNOC’s vision for local growth and innovation. ADNOC also plans to expand the Upper Zakum offshore oil field with new tech to increase production and reduce emissions.
